Wienerberger CEO Heimo Scheuch Steps Down for Health Reasons
Wienerberger AG has announced that CEO Heimo Scheuch is resigning immediately due to personal health concerns. After leading the company for over 17 years, Scheuch requested the early termination of his mandate, a decision accepted by the Supervisory Board. Gerhard Hanke, who serves as COO Central & East and Deputy CEO, has been appointed Interim CEO while the company searches for a permanent replacement.
