Westwing Group SE Reduces Share Capital and Initiates Buyback
Westwing Group SE has announced a significant reduction in its share capital by canceling 1,253,968 treasury shares. This move, approved by the Supervisory Board, decreases the company's share capital from EUR 20,903,968 to EUR 19,650,000. The total number of issued shares now stands at 19,650,000.
Furthermore, Westwing intends to buy back up to 700,000 shares at a maximum price of EUR 8 million. This initiative runs from February 9, 2026, to July 31, 2026, aligning with the authorization from the Annual General Meeting held in June 2025.
The buyback will follow strict regulatory guidelines and involve an independent credit institution managing the purchase timing. Westwing currently holds 812,043 treasury shares, representing about 4.13% of its current share capital.
