Westwing Group SE Expands into UK Market
Westwing Group SE has announced its expansion into the United Kingdom, marking its 23rd European market entry. This move is part of the company's Phase 3 value-creation plan called "Scaling with Operating Leverage". The UK market, valued at around €20 billion, now forms approximately 15% of Westwing’s current addressable market.
The entry includes a full suite of services from the outset, such as the Westwing Design Service and B2B offerings. Key brands like Kartell and Le Creuset will be featured. The choice of the UK is strategic given its strong online shopping metrics, with 87% of internet users involved in e-commerce.
Westwing remains committed to an asset-light model with careful marketing investments which show a strong brand foundation in the UK. Aiming for double-digit revenue growth in 2026, the expansion supports improved EBITDA margins and solid cash generation. The company maintains a BUY recommendation with a target price of €23.50.
