Wescan Goldfields Launches UAV Surveys at Munro Lake

Wescan Goldfields Inc. has commenced UAV magnetic and LiDAR surveys at the Munro Lake Project in northern Saskatchewan. These surveys aim to map geological structures favorable for gold mineralization along a 7-kilometer trend, covering an area of 11.6 square kilometers.

The initiative, led by TUZO GeoSurveys Corp.'s Chase Wood, will refine drill targets ahead of a 2026 campaign. The surveys will provide high-resolution data critical for identifying structural breaks and determining mineralization prospects.

Munro Lake is situated 7 kilometers northeast of the Seabee mine, Saskatchewan's sole gold operation. The surveys are expected to enhance Wescan's exploration strategy by integrating with past drilling and sample data, improving target precision for future drilling phases.
