Wescan Goldfields Engages Red Cloud Securities for Liquidity Services

Wescan Goldfields Inc., a Canadian junior exploration company, has announced its collaboration with Red Cloud Securities Inc. The move aims to enhance the liquidity of Wescan's common shares traded on the TSX Venture Exchange. Red Cloud, a Toronto-based firm, specializes in supporting mineral exploration and mining companies with capital market access.

Under the agreement, Wescan will pay Red Cloud a monthly fee of $6,000. The partnership, effective from November 2, 2026, can be terminated by either party with a 60-day notice. While Red Cloud is not set to receive shares or performance-based compensation, the agreement awaits TSXV's acceptance.

Wescan, primarily focused on developing gold projects in Saskatchewan, believes this step could maintain an orderly market for its shares. However, forward-looking statements caution about potential risks and uncertainties.
