Wendel: Publication of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2026
Wendel Investissement has announced the number of voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2026. The total number of shares outstanding is 42,871,041. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number is 66,276,299. However, only 62,055,736 voting rights are exercisable, after deducting shares without voting rights.
This information is being disseminated in accordance with legal obligations, in particular Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. Wendel is thus confirming its transparency towards its shareholders and the financial market.
