Wendel Engages in Discussions with Henkel on Potential Stahl Transaction
Wendel has announced it is currently in non-exclusive talks with Henkel about a possible transaction involving Stahl. At this stage, Wendel has stated that there is no guarantee these discussions will lead to a definitive agreement. The company has decided not to provide any further comments for now, committing to update stakeholders as necessary.
Looking ahead, Wendel's financial schedule includes the publication of their Full-Year 2025 Results on February 25, 2026. Additionally, a Q1 2026 Trading update is planned for April 22, 2026, followed by the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2026. Mid-year results are slated for July 29, 2026.
