WEMACO Invest AG Sells Shares in Zug Estates Holding AG
On October 21, 2026, WEMACO Invest AG successfully placed 60,392 registered shares B of Zug Estates Holding AG at CHF 2,070 per share. This transaction was conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process, targeting institutional investors. As a result, WEMACO no longer retains any registered shares B of Zug Estates.
