Wavestone Reports Modest Revenue Growth and Stable Utilization in 2025/26
Wavestone reported a consolidated revenue of €954.3 million for the fiscal year 2025/26, marking a 1% increase compared to the previous year. In Q4 alone, revenue grew by 2% year-on-year on an organic basis. Despite this growth, the consultant utilization rate slightly missed expectations, reaching 72% instead of the forecasted 73%.
The average daily rate remained robust at €938, while the business order book expanded to cover 4.4 months of work. Despite modest revenue gains, the continuous momentum in AI-related projects stood out, accounting for 17% of total revenue.
Looking ahead, Wavestone aims to boost profitability, anticipated at 12.6% for the year's recurring operating margin, and expects a gradual recovery in European markets. The company plans to announce its 2026/27 financial objectives in June 2026.
