WATERA: First Half 2026 Results

WATERA, a specialist in water treatment and solar desalination, has published its 2026 half-year results. Revenue increased by 63.1%, reaching €1.0 million, partly due to its merger with Watera International. This alliance has resulted in improved organization and competitiveness.

EBITDA improved, posting a loss of €0.7 million, compared to a loss of €1.2 million last year. Costs were reduced through staff reductions and increased control of operating expenses. Shareholders' equity stood at €6.8 million, while cash and cash equivalents amounted to €0.8 million after loan repayments.

With a completed merger and structural streamlining, WATERA anticipates financial consolidation and sustained organic growth. The outlook is optimistic, supported by renewed financial capacity and a well-defined growth strategy.
