Half-yearly report on the WALLIX liquidity contract as of December 31, 2024

WALLIX GROUP, listed on Euronext under the code ALLIX, has published its half-yearly balance sheet concerning the liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe) as of December 31, 2024. The liquidity account included 12,085 securities and 57,539.02 euros in cash. In the second half of 2024, 29,980 securities were purchased for an amount of 265,806.76 euros, through 346 transactions, and 28,647 securities were sold for 257,093.46 euros in 242 transactions.

As a reminder, as of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account had 10,752 securities and €67,334.33 in cash. When the liquidity contract was set up in March 2019, it was initially endowed with 15,281 securities and €51,757.03 in cash. WALLIX plans to publish its annual results on February 6, 2025.
