Wacker Neuson SE Announces Executive Board Change
Wacker Neuson SE has announced a change in its Executive Board. Christoph Burkhard, the CFO, will step down by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026. Burkhard has served the company for over five successful years. His contributions to the company's development have been acknowledged by Hans Neunteufel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Reinhard Frisch, currently the Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG, will succeed Burkhard as CFO on September 1, 2026. Frisch has been with Wacker Neuson since 2004 and has held various leadership roles, including CFO of Wacker Neuson North America. Neunteufel expressed confidence in Frisch's extensive international experience.
