VVV Resources Limited, soon to be renamed VVV Sports Limited, has announced a temporary suspension of its trading on the Aquis Growth Market. This suspension follows a delay in publishing the audited Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending December 31, 2024. The company was unable to meet the deadline of June 30, 2025, as required by the Aquis Growth Market Rulebook.
