Vusion's share capital as of July 31, 2026: details on voting rights and shares

STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS (SES) has released the figures relating to Vusion's share capital as of July 31, 2026. The company has 17,014,463 shares comprising its share capital. Of these, 256,216 are treasury shares and therefore do not carry voting rights. This results in a total of 17,014,463 theoretical voting rights, of which 16,758,247 are exercisable.

This information is provided in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Furthermore, Vusion requires mandatory disclosure for any shareholding exceeding 1% of the share capital or voting rights.
