Voyageurs du Monde Transfers Liquidity Contract to TP ICAP
On April 1, 2026, Voyageurs du Monde announced the transfer of its liquidity contract for ordinary shares to TP ICAP (Europe). The contract, initially signed for one year and automatically renewable, aims to enhance trading liquidity on the Euronext Growth Paris market. This step adheres to the regulations set forth by AMF Decision No. 2021-01 and complies with the ethical guidelines of the French Association of Financial Markets (AMAFI).
As of March 31, 2026, the previous contract with Gilbert Dupont ended. Voyageurs du Monde provided TP ICAP with 1,700 shares and €108,891.44. Upon the semi-annual review, 1,909 shares and €75,276.43 were available. Initially, 7,900 shares and €75,276.43 in cash were transferred.
This contract allows for suspension or termination under specific conditions, including breaching intervention thresholds or by request. Shares continue to trade under the ticker ALVDM on Euronext Growth and are eligible for PEA PME savings plans.
