Voyageurs du Monde: Submission of a Draft Response Note to the AMF
On September 22, 2026, Voyageurs du Monde announced the filing of a draft response document with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This document follows the public delisting offer initiated by Avantage, in conjunction with major industry players, aimed at acquiring Voyageurs du Monde's shares.
The offer proposes to buy the company's shares and convertible bonds at prices set at €180 and €182.52 respectively. The group, which already owns 90.48% of the share capital, plans to execute a mandatory squeeze-out of the remaining shares.
