Voxeljet AG's StaRUG Plan Now Legally Binding

On October 8, 2025, voxeljet AG announced that the Regional Court of Munich I has rejected the immediate appeal against the Local Court of Munich's confirmation of the StaRUG plan. This verdict makes the StaRUG plan legally binding for voxeljet AG.

The StaRUG plan, confirmed on July 3, 2025, was approved by the majority of voting groups on the same day. The plan includes reducing voxeljet AG's share capital to zero euros, leading to the exit of current shareholders. New liquidity of EUR 2,500,000 will be injected through a capital increase excluding subscription rights. Additionally, voxeljet AG will be relieved of EUR 3,500,000 in financial liabilities.

With the plan now legally binding, voxeljet AG is set to implement these changes soon.
