Vox Royalty Expands Portfolio with Australian Copper and Gold Royalties

Vox Royalty Corp. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire two Australian royalty interests from Latitude 66 Limited. This acquisition involves an investment of up to A$3.4 million for the Kalman Royalty in Queensland and the Sylvania Royalty in Western Australia. Spencer Cole, President and CIO of Vox, highlighted the strategic value due to these assets' proximity to processing plants and potential for development.

The Kalman Royalty includes a 2.0% royalty on copper-gold-molybdenum production, operated by Hammer Metals. The Sylvania Royalty covers a 1.0% Net Smelter Return on precious minerals, with potential expansion across 1,700 km² in Western Australia. Completion of these acquisitions depends on customary conditions prevalent in the royalty type transactions.

This expansion aligns with Vox's strategy to solidify its position in Australia's Tier 1 mining jurisdiction, promising increased exposure to copper and gold assets.
