Vossloh's Strong Order Growth Sets Stage for Promising Q4 2026

Stock price chart of Vossloh AG (EBR:VOS) showing fluctuations.

Vossloh AG reports a robust order situation, with orders reaching €1,154.5 million by Q3 2026, a 21.7% increase from 2025. This growth is attributed to the acquisition of VTT Europe (Sateba) and boosted demand in North America. The order backlog rose by 27.8% to €1,094.0 million. Sales revenues also saw a 19.6% increase, due to acquisitions.

Despite higher revenues, EBIT and net income faced pressures from PPA effects and increased costs, resulting in a decrease in the net income to €22.9 million. However, a positive free cash flow is expected by year-end owing to reduced working capital.

Core Components and Customized Modules divisions report strong performances, driven by new acquisitions and regional demand. Looking forward, Vossloh anticipates a strong final quarter, reaffirming its revised 2026 outlook with projected sales between €1,510-€1,610 million.
