Voltalia announces changes to its Board of Directors
On May 20, 2026, Voltalia announced changes to its Board of Directors. Laurence Mulliez is stepping down as Chairwoman, effective after the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2026. She has served for 12 years, supporting the group's growth and transformation. Bertrand Cousin, an independent director since 2025, will succeed her. He possesses expertise in finance and governance. Robert Klein, Chief Executive Officer, welcomes this continuity.
