Voltabox AG Reports Key Milestones After Structural Changes

Voltabox AG has issued its first quarterly report following significant corporate restructuring. In early 2025, the company divested its high-voltage battery assets and discontinued operations with GreenCluster GmbH, consolidating mainly around EKM Elektronik GmbH. Consequently, the Group's Q1 2025 revenue reached €3.1 million, with €1.7 million from ongoing operations.

EBITDA, influenced by one-off sales effects, was €2.1 million, while ongoing operations showed a €-0.3 million contribution. The Group recorded a net income of €2.0 million, marking a strategic turnaround. CEO Martin Hartmann highlighted strategic gains through EKM's inclusion, vital in steering the company toward future growth.

With EKM, the operations sustained a €2.3 million performance, yielding a €1.2 million gross profit. Total assets surged to €43.9 million, driven by acquired EKM interests. Despite challenges, there was a positive cash flow from operations of €2.4 million, chiefly due to reduced trade receivables, setting optimistic financial forecasts for 2025.
