Volkswagen adopts Ekinops connectivity thanks to ecotel
EKINOPS announced the deployment of its ecotel connectivity solutions for Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland. This virtualized network provides an open and future-proof solution, essential for new Volkswagen vehicle models requiring continuous connectivity.
An Ekinops client, ecotel is banking on a compact and eco-responsible solution, thanks to uCPE, which reduces costs and carbon footprint. This technology enables the rapid installation of new software features. The European Union-based sourcing is a major asset, adding to the reliability of its services.
This installation, scheduled for completion in early 2025, includes OneOS6-LIM middleware and an embedded firewall. Ekinops' solutions stand out for their flexibility and ability to continuously evolve for ecotel customers.
