VOGO: Provision of the Response Note for the public offer

On October 23, 2025, VOGO issued a press release regarding the availability of the Response Note in the context of the mixed public offer launched by ABEO. This communication follows Articles 231-27 and 231-28 of the AMF General Regulations. The AMF granted visa No. 25-406 confirming the compliance of the document, without however validating the opportunity of the transaction.

The Response Document is available on the AMF and VOGO websites, as well as at VOGO's headquarters in Montpellier. It should be read in conjunction with other documents related to the Offer. VOGO's financial information will be available prior to the opening of the Mixed Public Offer, the timetable for which will be published by the AMF and Euronext Growth Paris.
