Vivendi's First Quarter 2026 Financial Overview

Vivendi reported revenues of €69 million for the first quarter of 2026, showing a 1.3% increase at constant currency compared to the same period in 2025. Gameloft, a key subsidiary, contributed significantly with revenues reaching €68 million, split nearly equally between the PC/Consoles and Mobile segments. The PC/Consoles segment saw an 11% growth.

In a strategic move, Vivendi has launched V Collection, a new media and luxury content subsidiary, following the acquisition of Prisma Media's luxury division. Harper’s Bazaar is among the leading brands in this portfolio. An interest of 13.58% in Prisma Group was also acquired to support this expansion.

The portfolio of listed holdings was valued at €4.426 billion by March 31, 2026, though it saw a decline due to Universal Music Group's share price drop. However, it appreciated to €5.188 billion by April 20, 2026. Vivendi’s financial net debt increased slightly to €1,554 million, from €1,501 million at the end of 2025.
