Vivendi: Update on voting rights and share capital
On June 30, 2026, Vivendi announced key figures relating to its share capital and the number of voting rights. The company, listed on NYSE Euronext-Paris in Eurolist A, recorded a total of 1,015,498,764 shares comprising its share capital with ISIN code FR0000127771.
