Vivendi: Transactions in Own Shares from March 25 to 27, 2026

Vivendi has announced details of its share transactions carried out between March 25 and 27, 2026. During this period, the company acquired a total of 300,000 shares. Each day, 100,000 shares were purchased, with a slightly fluctuating daily weighted average price. On March 25, the average price was €1.73 per share. On March 26, this price rose to €1.70, before falling to €1.68 on March 27. These transactions were executed on the XPAR market.
