Results Year 2025: Vitura Repositions Itself with Success
In 2025, Vitura leased 34,000 m² of office space, bringing its occupancy rate to 81%, a notable improvement of 12 points compared to 2024. EPRA profit amounted to €8.5 million, a significant increase after a loss of €5.1 million the previous year.
The group continues its commitment to sustainability, reducing its energy consumption by 37% since 2013 and its CO₂ emissions by 56%. Vitura has been awarded a "5-star" status by GRESB, highlighting its leadership in sustainable real estate.
Rental income for 2025 amounts to €43.8 million, stable and slightly higher thanks to indexation. With a portfolio valued at €865 million, Vitura is planning a refinancing in 2026, confident in its rental performance and the quality of its assets.
