BNP Paribas crosses threshold in VITURA's capital

On December 31, 2025, BNP Paribas crossed the 5% threshold in the share capital and voting rights of VITURA. This crossing was achieved indirectly through entities controlled by the banking group, which now holds 5.07% of VITURA's shares, equivalent to 866,349 shares. This acquisition resulted from the merger of AXA Investment Managers SA into BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding. The transaction was notified to the company on January 7, 2026. VITURA's share capital consists of 17,087,708 shares with an equal number of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations.
