FamiCord AG to Shift Stock Exchange Listing to Scale Segment

FamiCord AG's management board has announced a strategic decision to transfer the company's stock exchange listing from the regulated market (Prime Standard) to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This move, disclosed on June 29, 2026, is based on the provisions of the Act to Strengthen Germany as a Financial Centre, which facilitates transitions to SME growth markets.

The board believes that the current regulatory demands and costs of the Prime Standard are disproportionate for a company of FamiCord AG's size. The Scale segment is viewed as a more fitting platform, offering a suitable trading environment. Notably, no new shares will be issued, and thus no financial proceeds from securities sales are anticipated.

The transition is subject to necessary filings and procedural confirmations by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
