UBS AG Réduit sa Participation dans VIRIDIEN
La société suisse UBS AG a annoncé une diminution de sa participation dans le capital de VIRIDIEN. En date du 5 janvier 2026, UBS AG détenait 5,99% du capital et 5,96% des droits de vote de VIRIDIEN, représentant 430 125 actions. Cette acquisition d'actions s'est déroulée hors marché.
UBS Group AG, autre entité suisse, n'a pas franchi de nouveau seuil mais conserve une participation indirecte de 6,22% du capital et 6,19% des droits de vote, soit 446 722 actions, sous diverses filiales, dont UBS Switzerland.
En complément, UBS Group AG dispose de droits assimilés sur 89 742 actions, via des contrats permettant l'utilisation ou la substitution d'actions à tout moment.
