JP Morgan Chase exceeds 5% of VIRIDIEN's capital
On February 9, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed the 5% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of VIRIDIEN, reaching 5.08% of the share capital and 5.07% of the voting rights. This acquisition resulted from share purchases on the market. The company now holds 365,258 VIRIDIEN shares. A portion of these shares, distributed among various entities within the group, includes 360,848 shares held by JP Morgan Securities plc and stems from specific shareholding agreements.
