VINCI Share Purchase Transactions in June 2025
VINCI SA carried out several share purchase transactions between June 9 and 13, 2025. These transactions are part of the authorization issued by the General Meeting on April 17, 2025.
In total, VINCI acquired 485,886 shares at a weighted average price of €125.3697. These purchases were made on various markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX and AQEU.
On June 9, a total of 75,000 shares were purchased, followed by larger volumes on subsequent days, including 159,000 shares on June 10 and 138,000 on June 13. Average daily prices varied slightly, showing a general downward trend over the observed period.
