Transactions in VINCI's own shares: July 2026

From July 13 to 17, 2026, VINCI carried out share buybacks, in accordance with the authorization given by the General Meeting of April 14, 2026. During this period, 264,683 shares were acquired with a weighted average price of 118.8352 euros.

On July 13, 50,000 shares were purchased at an average price of €118.939072. On July 14 and 15, 50,000 and 48,916 shares were repurchased, respectively, with average prices of €118.693364 and €119.714806. Acquisitions continued with 45,290 shares on July 16 and 70,477 shares on July 17, at average prices of €119.342326 and €117.925664, respectively.
