VINCI annonce des opérations de rachat d'actions prévues pour mi-mai 2026
VINCI SA a communiqué les informations relatives aux opérations d'achat d'actions propres réalisées entre le 11 et le 15 mai 2026. Ces opérations ont été effectuées conformément aux directives approuvées par l'Assemblée générale du 14 avril 2026. Au total, 433 289 actions ont été rachetées.
Les transactions ont été effectuées sur plusieurs marchés, notamment AQEU, CEUX, TQEX et XPAR. Le volume d'actions échangées le plus élevé a été enregistré le 15 mai 2026, avec une activité importante sur CEUX portant sur 62 529 actions. Le 11 mai, le cours moyen journalier a culminé à 128,55 euros sur XPAR.
