Villeroy & Boch Confirms Forecast Amid Market Volatility
Villeroy & Boch AG has maintained its full-year forecast despite a volatile market influenced by geopolitical tensions. The company's revenue for the first nine months of 2026 reached €956.2 million, marking an 11.1% decrease from the previous year. This decline is reduced to 5.2% when adjusted for currency effects and divestments. The order backlog has increased to €167.4 million as of September 30, 2026.
The Bathroom & Wellness Division faced a decline in revenue, reaching €742.4 million, heavily affected by geopolitical challenges, notably in EMEA and APAC regions. However, the order book grew slightly to €136.9 million.
Conversely, the Dining & Lifestyle Division saw a revenue increase to €211.5 million, supported by a 13.3% growth in e-commerce and new products, boosting the order book for the holiday season.
Villeroy & Boch remains cautious due to economic challenges while expressing confidence based on a strengthened order book and stable performance in key divisions.
