Viemed Completes Acquisition of Lehan's Medical Equipment
Viemed Healthcare, Inc., based in Lafayette, LA, has finalized its acquisition of Lehan's Medical Equipment, based in Illinois. The purchase was valued at $26 million, with potential additional payments of $2.2 million. In 2024, Lehan reported net revenues of approximately $25.7 million and an Adjusted EBITDA of $7.4 million. The acquisition was financed through cash reserves and existing credit facilities. Viemed plans to update its 2025 financial guidance to reflect this acquisition's contribution when it releases its Q2 earnings.
Lehan specializes in home medical equipment, focusing on women's health and respiratory devices. It operates multiple locations in Northern Illinois and West Chicagoland, expanding Viemed’s regional influence.
