VIB Vermögen AG Successfully Re-lets Den Hoorn Logistics Centre

VIB Vermögen AG has announced the successful re-letting of its logistics centre in Den Hoorn, the Netherlands. This facility, boasting a BREEAM rating of 'very good', offers over 29,000 m² of lettable space and is strategically located on the A4 motorway.

The property became available after the previous tenant's insolvency. It was promptly re-let to two financially strong companies. The logistics centre is part of the RLI-GEG Logistics & Light Industrial III fund, managed by VIB.

Christian Fritzsche, VIB's Executive Board member, highlighted the swift re-letting process, emphasizing the property’s prime location and condition. This achievement underlines VIB’s proficiency in asset management and collaboration with Branicks Onsite GmbH.
