VIB Vermögen AG Sells Logistics Property in Großmehring

VIB Vermögen AG, a company focused on commercial real estate development and management, has announced the sale of a logistics property in Großmehring. This asset deal involves the site located at Junkers-Ring 7, in proximity to the A9 motorway, within Ingolstadt's catchment area. The property has been sold to a European investor, with the transaction expected to close in Q1 2026. The purchase price remains undisclosed.

Completed in 2021, the Großmehring property boasts a total area of 12,470 square meters, with 7,068 square meters of lettable space. It operates as a single-tenant property and has been part of VIB's portfolio since its completion.
