VIB Vermögen AG Secures Over 5,000 sqm in New Lettings

VIB Vermögen AG has successfully rented out more than 5,000 square meters of office and service space across Bonn, Neubrandenburg, and Dortmund. These lettings are part of long-term tenancy agreements and contribute to reduced vacancy rates.

In Bonn, on Heinrich-von-Stephan-Straße and Heinemannstraße, 2,800 sqm of space has been leased. In Neubrandenburg, 2,200 sqm has been allocated near Pferdemarkt, while in Dortmund's HCC property, 620 sqm has found new tenants. Discussions for further leases at HCC are ongoing.

The Bonn and Dortmund locations are within VIB's Institutional Business division, while the Neubrandenburg site is directly owned by VIB. Martin Karehnke, Managing Director of Branicks Onsite GmbH, highlighted the company’s achievement in securing long-term partnerships despite market challenges.
