VIB Vermögen AG Divests Two Logistics Properties in Regensburg

VIB Vermögen AG, a key player in commercial real estate, has announced the sale of two logistics properties located in Regensburg. This transaction marks a strategic shift as the company focuses on project development and managing a portfolio of larger commercial properties. The buyer is a European investor specializing in warehouse and light industrial sectors.

The first property, a fully let single-tenant site on Rathenaustraße 3, spans 10,250 sqm rental area and was built in 2006. The second, a multi-tenant property at Irler Höhe 40-42, offers 9,405 sqm of rental space and dates from 1978–1989. Both properties' sale prices remain undisclosed.

VIB's Management Board emphasizes its diversification strategy and transformation into a balanced portfolio holder, with a focus on logistics, light industrial, and office space in Germany and neighboring regions.
