Vergnet reconvenes its general meeting
On October 2, 2025, Orléans-based Vergnet SA announced that its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on September 30 could not be held due to insufficient quorum. Consequently, a second meeting is scheduled for October 21 at 5:00 p.m. at the company's headquarters in Ormes.
The agenda remains the same as originally planned. Details of this meeting will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires scheduled for October 10, 2025.
