Vergnet is revising the schedule for consolidating its shares
The French company Vergnet SA has announced a revision to the timetable for its share consolidation. Initially planned for November 2025, the start of the operation has been postponed to December 12, 2025. The completion of the operation is scheduled for January 16, 2026. Vergnet assures that the previously communicated terms remain unchanged, with the exception of the timetable.
The process includes a share exchange period from December 12, 2025 to January 12, 2026, followed by fractional share management between January 20 and February 20, 2026. The settlement and delivery date for the new shares is set for January 16, 2026.
