VEOM Group: Judicial reorganization proceedings underway
The VEOM Group, a major player in the smart home sector, has received several takeover offers. These proposals are being examined as part of a sale plan, following the recent commencement of insolvency proceedings. However, no restructuring plan involving continued operations has been submitted.
The Montpellier Commercial Court will evaluate these offers at a hearing scheduled for April 16, 2026. Consequently, the listing of VEOM Group shares, suspended pending this announcement, remains interrupted until further notice.
