Veolia: Information on the number of voting rights and shares
On May 31, 2026, Veolia Environnement published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of that date, the total number of shares was 742,496,650. This corresponds to the same number of theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is lower.
Indeed, 732,310,909 voting rights are exercisable. The difference is due to shares deprived of voting rights, representing 10,185,741 treasury shares held by Veolia. This capital structure is subject to reporting obligations specified in the articles of association of Veolia Environnement and by the French Commercial Code.
