Veolia Environnement's Share Capital and Voting Rights Update

On August 4, 2025, Veolia Environnement updated its share capital structure following the vesting of performance shares from its 2022 plan. This adjustment increased the company's share capital from €3,703,974,040 to €3,708,617,185, resulting in a total of 741,723,437 shares forming the capital.

Regarding voting rights, Veolia reported a total of 741,723,437 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 718,203,869. This difference accounts for 23,519,568 shares held in treasury, including 13,141,366 shares acquired under a future contract to support an employee share plan.
