Changes in Capital and Voting Rights at Veolia Environnement
On May 5, 2026, Veolia Environnement disclosed key information regarding its share capital and voting rights. This report is prepared in accordance with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
As of May 4, 2026, Veolia's share capital is €3,712,483,250, resulting from an increase related to the acquisition of performance rights. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 742,496,650. Theoretically, there are 742,496,650 voting rights. Of these, 732,216,771 are exercisable, after deducting treasury shares.
