Veolia Environnement: Update on the number of voting rights and shares

Veolia Environnement has released figures relating to its share capital as of September 30, 2026. The total number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 742,496,650. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total is also 742,496,650. However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, reaching 731,869,169 due to the existence of 10,627,481 treasury shares which are deprived of voting rights.
