Vente-unique.com: Report on treasury stock transactions
On September 22, 2025, Vente-unique.com published a press release detailing recent transactions in its own shares. The group, a specialist in online furniture sales, carried out share buybacks under Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation. Two transactions are noteworthy: on September 15, 2025, 126 shares were repurchased at an average price of €15.718651, and on September 17, 14 shares were acquired for €15.65. Both transactions took place on the ALXP market. The next information update will be the revenue for the 2024-2025 financial year, presented on November 13, 2025.
