This development stems from recent acquisitions of additional shares, reflecting a strategic move for dominance in the company’s equity. Arrow HoldCo GmbH is now poised to initiate a squeeze-out under German stock corporation law.

The process involves minority shareholders being compelled to sell their shares to Arrow HoldCo GmbH. An appropriate cash settlement will be offered as compensation. Vectron Systems AG and its major shareholder are preparing the necessary legal formalities to facilitate this transition, aiming to optimize control and streamline operations within the firm.
