Vaudoise Assurances Group achieved a net profit of CHF 82.9 million in the first half of 2026, marking a 3% increase compared to the previous year. Revenue reached CHF 1,167.7 million. Non-life insurance activities recorded remarkable growth of 6.7%, significantly outperforming the Swiss market.
Gross premiums written in non-life insurance saw a notable increase, driven in particular by the non-life personal insurance, liability, and property lines sectors. Property insurance, in particular, grew by 11.2%, with significant contributions from the Epona and Animalia brands.
However, the motor vehicle sector faces challenges related to high claims costs. Nevertheless, the Group remains well capitalized with a solvency margin of 336.5%.
